The first attempt at an introductory statement was “I make low budget short films from conception to delivery with my own unique aesthetic”. It was not my idea to use the word aesthetic. I think it sounds too pretentious and would alienate people so I replaced it with style. The word unique is superfluous if I say my own style.
I may begin the sentence “Based near Goole” because there would be a limit to the distance it would be economically viable to travel for a project.
The final sentence is
“Based near Goole, I make low budget films in my own style”.
I may leave out “Based near Goole” because it may be too limiting.
I would like to make video content for websites.
I am currently working with a performing arts group (Castaway of Goole) on their summer show Romeo and Juliet. I will be making a short film which will be projected onto a gauze screen in front of dancers. I will also be on stage filming live footage to be shown on the screen. I will also be doing some animation.
Another project I am working on is a short promotional film for York College A Level students end of year show.
The final sentence is “I make short low buget films from start to finish in my own style”.
